The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Applied online through a resume drop - had an initial 2 on 1 phone interview. Was invited for a superday, lots of 1 on 1s, had a few hours to prepare for a presentation, then had to present in front of the group.
Interview Questions
Nothing too unexpected. Have a good sense for the job and what it entails. The presentation component is where you can really shine. Otherwise its just the normal stuff from the guides - was asked about my accounting background, what I knew about the job, perspective on current events, background experiences. Nothing particularly out of the ordinary or unexpected was asked. Was just a very comprehensive interview with lots of people which requires a significant amount of preparation or else it won't go well.

It was a superday of sorts. I applied online, and subsequently was invited to interview. The office is beautiful and on the water. I met with four employees. Asked to walk through resume, interest, fit questions, and qualifications.

Employees seemed happy and friendly, the VP was the one I feel dinged me.

Was brought into a room and met with HR and a few different people who worked in their operations department. Interviews lasted for about 3 hours. They mainly told me about the position and what it entailed. It seemed they already had a candidate on file which was fine. The people I met were very nice and it a great place to be.

I applied online and get a call from HR within a week. Just a quick phone screen and was invited to come down to the office. I met the hiring analyst and a few associates. The interview was pretty standard with a good mix of technicals and stock pitches thrown in the mix. Nothing out of the ordinary. Didn't get the offer though. Office was really nice.
