Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through university career site. Received an interview around 2 weeks later. Had a 30 minute phone screen with a principal of the firm. Asked if I knew what the company does and spent a lot of time introducing the firm. Asked if I had any prior real estate experience. Asked for my availability during the school year for the part time job
