Interview
The overall process is fairly standard. Given the size of the team (3 investment professionals, when I was going through the interview process), sometimes it could take the team a while to get back to you on next steps.

Since I was on the west coast at the time, my interview process consisted of 1 phone interview with the senior associate, 2 separate phone interviews with the managing partner, 1 phone interview with the VP. After that, I had to take a modeling test, which was a fairly standard and straight forward PE modeling test (2.5 hours time limit). After that, I was asked to take an approximately 2 hour long personality/intelligence test. I passed all those phases and was asked to provide some reference contacts; however, that's where the process stopped.
