1st round phone interview - view on econ, pitch a stock, walk me through your res, strengths, can you handle grunt/less glamorous work
2nd round - 3 interviews back to back to back - everything from above, greatest accomplishment, what do you do for fun
be able to talk about everything on your res
culture - laid back, the company will go out to the bar together, the division will buy a cake for someone on there bday, 40% of division has been laid off, 60-70hr weeks at most, weekend work on occasions - not often, 6:30-6:30ish get out at 5 on fri, casual fri(no tie), business formal, they will sponsor your CFA if you pass, will sponsor series tests,
