Interview
A phone call describing my coursework/extracurricular involvement/work experience, focusing on relevant topics to the job. In person interview with resume walkthrough, expectations, etc. Meeting with President/Owner.
Interview Questions
Asking about QuickBooks/Office Equipment experience. Asked if I was okay doing administrative work. They asked if I was available to work almost full time, no vacations coming up, responsible, reliable, etc etc etc. Reminded me I must keep client information confidential. The interview had nothing technical; no previous experience is expected. The boss did ask me if I could explain the Information Ratio of a stock, but that was personal and not an interview question. He was actually asking for his own knowledge.
