First received an email from the company expressing interest in me after applying. Was instructed to take an IQ assessment and a few weeks later was contacted for a phone interview. A week or two later got a second round interview and was informed after this that I did not receive the position.
Interview Questions
no difficult or unexpected questions were asked, however there were many personal interest questions and resume questions. There were also no technical questions.

The first step is completing a cognitive assessment which was your standard 50 questions in 12 minutes. The first round is a pretty casual phone interview with an analyst. The second round is with another analyst. Again, pretty casual. The final round is with the MD.

Two calls, purely behavioral in nature. The first round call was a basic script reading left in a voicemail box. Second round, the MD asked many pointed questions about family background and motivations to work in investment banking. No technical knowledge is required.
