Equity Research Associate

After they called me in, I had several interviews with associates and analysts (who were looking for an associate). The focus seemed to be more on whether or not I was a good personality fit for the equity research team rather than my skillset (my resume was strong in their words). Very friendly, very aware of their place in the giant food chain of jobs. They spent a lot of time explaining what exactly they do and their role. Extremely friendly office.

Second round of interviews was like the first round with an excel test.

I likely failed to recieve and offer because I was very ambigious about my level of interest.
