Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I saw the position online and cold-called the Managing Director of Institutional Equity Sales. We spoke for about 15 minutes and he asked me to come in for an in person interview with the Sales and Trading team. The interview went really well and on the spot they asked me to come back for another round and they assigned a company in their coverage universe for me to pitch in the next interview.
