All interviews and superday were on Zoom. First interview with two associates, second with a VP, and superday of four back-to-back interviews. All interviews were 30 minutes long. From first interview to superday and offer was 8 days. Interviewers were all welcoming and seemed to enjoy their work. I would recommend having a solid reason as to why join DC Advisory in that particular office location.

I initially reached out to an alumni from my school (semi-target) who was working at DC Advisory at the time. After we exchanged a few phone calls and emails (about 2-3 days), he referred me for a last-minute vacant analyst position by connecting me with an MD in the TMT M&A group. The MD then set up a time with me to interview by Zoom the next week. The alumni went above and beyond to help me with preparing for the interview including recommending me to research about recent deals done by the same MD and other tips I would not otherwise have known.

Interview
It was a fast process once the interviews began, but they were ~2 months after I had applied. I had a first round with a first year (he was friendly and seemed like an actually normal/nice guy) on a thursday or friday. Had my next interview with a vp that following tuesday. Invited to super day that Thursday (via zoom). First two interviews were technical and behavioral, but super day was only behavioral - could've been because I have no prior IB internship experience
Interview Questions
Unexpected that superday was purely behavioral, kind of hard in a way because it tested how well I could carry a conversation. Also did not get a technical question correct (was a trick question and was warned that).
