Interview Questions
The most difficult part was just random questions about my resume, so make sure that you know your resume in and out. Be prepared to talk about any technical stuff that you mention in your resume such as DCFs, LBOs etc. He also left a lot fo time at the end of the interview to ask questions, so it pays to research the firm and really get to know it so you can show that you are interested and can also pass the time. Overall the partner was nice and pretty straightforward and wasn't too intense. Just be yourself and don't lie.

100% behavioral. Huge importance on fit. They will have you meet the entire junior team and some of the partners. Very smart people. They are interested in career bankers. They seem to be interested in growing the place but at a calculated rate. Offices are very nice and are on the 37th floor.
Interview Questions
Tell me about something you read in the paper this week. Be ready for follow up questions. How is this relevant? Why did this happen? What do you think about this?
Where do you see yourself in five years? They are looking for career investment bankers so any answer should speak to this. Anything involving leaving to a HF/PE would not be received favorably.
