Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a pretty straight forward technical interview focusing on an investment opportunity. Next round was the next day and was even more technical and an Hour and a half in length. Following this I was invited to a full day at their office in D.C. where we learned more about the firm and had more technical interviews.
