2nd Interview 2h:
-Questions about my background, my current tasks, similar to the first interview
-If you had to invest in a company, which one would you choose? -They push the reflection quite far
-How would you value a company using comparable companies? -> Use the bridge formula to derive multiples from comparables and apply them to a company
Exercises:
-First correction exercise: an Excel file with errors or missing information (on deals) to correct
-Second exercise: LBO paper
-Third exercise: Questions on an Excel database (knowing how to use a table with filters)
Questions about IFRS 16 and PIK interests (especially with an accounting case) can come up during the interview.
