Firstly, phone call by HR to asses motivation. Then, phone interview by fp&a manager both technical and behavioural. Finally, face to face interview with both hr and Management.

What is the technical accounting procedure if a company buys a machinery, uses it for some years, does the relevant amortization and then sells the machinery for an higher price than expected? (Basically the accounting value when the company sales is lower than the actual amount of money the machinery is sold for. Hence, the company is reporting a plusvalalence) How should you report this plusvalalence on the balance sheet? How does taxes affect the final profit the company? Do you think this happens often?
