First Round: Interview was with 2 rather junior analysts. Started off with basic behavioral questions and then moved on to the typical IB technical questions you can find answers to through the WSO guides.

Second Round: Bit more technical questions, other questions to make sure you were really committed to IB and wanted it.

Pitch me a stock? I had my school's student investment club on my resume so I guess that is why they asked but I did not expect that on an IB interview.

Why should I believe you really want to do IB?

My answer was quite average: want to learn more about valuation, move up the ranks into a more advisory type of role as an MD, etc..

- then she went into the job description of what its like on a day-to-day basis and then went on about the firm itself
