Online applications opened through the workday portal, where resumes, essays, and cover letters were collected. Employees submitted referrals and about 100 first-round invitations were sent out a month later. First-round interviews were conducted over Zoom and consisted of a 30-minute one-on-one with an analyst in corporate finance. No technicals were asked, only behaviorals. The day after, Superday invitations were sent out for the following week. There were about 30 Superday invitations accepted. The Superday consisted of two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with Managing Directors within Corporate Finance. Neither of these interviews asked behavioral questions, although I heard other candidates received technical questions in all three interviews. Superday results were announced almost a week later by phone call, with official written offers the next day. Between 10 and 20 offers were extended within the corporate finance (investment banking) division specifically. I would recommend to future candidates to network rather in-depth as candidates that received offers had multiple referrals. Loyalty for two summers was expected and emphasized alongside the offer letter.
