Please describe the interview / hiring process.
For DB IBD, non-core recruiting efforts start with employee referrals. Then you get flown up for a 30 min first round interview - no phone screen. If you pass round one, they put you in a hotel for round two the following day, if you flunk out, they fly you home after the first round. Very stressful and some of my peers made it to the airport without hearing from the HR department.
