Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met with existing analyst at lobby who immediately ushered me to a computer with a spreadsheet open. Was asked to work with an existing model format to value a direct equity real estate acquisition. The assignment was straight forward but hard to complete under a one hour time constraint.
