What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and invited to first round interview after two months. First round was a 30 minutes one on one interview with a current assistant VP. The questions were mostly fit based, some questions about my resume and past experience etc. It was not a very difficult interview and the interviewer was friendly. Invited to second round the next day and had another 30 minutes one on one interview with a MD. Again, fit based questions and some technical question regarding my programming background. Overall a positive experience even though I did not receive an offer.
