Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After networking with several alumni from my school (non-target) I received a 1st round interview on a Tuesday in the last week of September this year. That 1st round was a Hirevue interview (livestream) with an MD in ECM and a VP in DCM. Interview was 50-50 technical and behavioral and then I got invited that night to a Superday in NYC that Thursday (so whole process was technically less than a week, if you exclude networking). From that I had two 1-1 interviews, one was entirely behavioral and the other was essentially all markets focused --> on my resume I have a fixed-income related student organization, which left an open door for the guy who was interviewing me to grill me. He was an MD for DCM and certainly asked me a lot of credit technical questions alongside credit market questions.
