Applied through my school OCR. Received an interview for markets—I found it interesting that before the interview there were two young Deutsche Bank members there to chat with us and answer questions separate from the interview. It was a two on one interview. Don't just be interested in finance, but know your markets, monetary policy, pertinent numbers, etc.
