Client Service Administrator

I was given the contact information of their hiring manager from a current employee. After a 1 on 1 call with the recruiter covering the basics of the role and some behavioral questions, I was given 3 tests to complete; an IQ test as well as Excel and MS Word skills tests. After passing these I had a 1 on 1 with the head of the department which went incredibly well ending with a verbal confirmation that I would most likely get the job. After this the recruiter went ghost and I found out they hired someone who applied last minute (after my interviews) and had several years of experience in processing commercial loans. Overall a very easy and positive experience until the end. I would’ve appreciated more clarity and less upfront promises from the VP, however.
