Client Services Analyst

Applied through campus career resource center. Was contacted by HR recruiter by phone for basic background info and to gauge my interest in the position. On site interview was poorly structured. Met with AVP and VP for about 20 minutes each going over the basic responsibilities of the job and the background on DBs GPF and Synthetic Equity groups. Also met with two analysts who were not prepared for the interview process which made it quite awkward. Hardest question posed was what was the difference between a stock and a bond which is obviously a no brainer for anyone with a degree in Finance or an extremely basic knowledge of finance. Other than that questions were fit and behavioral as well as the standard why DB and why should we hire you instead of the next guy. Overall super easy and laid back.
