Please describe the interview / hiring process.
DB assessment center was made up of three 30 minute (1v1) interviews. One was a case study, one was a technical interview, and one was behavioral. All three were fairly laid back and the interviewers genuinely tried to get the best response/ideas out of the conversation. Advice would be to be prepped up on base technicals and be prepared to talk about everything in your CV.
