Got the interview through a recruiter after completing an internship in another division. Was able to express interest in corporate finance through conversations with DB professionals and a solid understanding of finance fundamentals. People were extremely friendly and provided great feedback when showing interest. Interview was mostly fit and a few technicals were asked but since I had experience in investment banking already, I was able to focus more on the other aspects of the role. Culture is strong, some groups stronger than others so you want to do research on that before going in and choosing one. There was an initial phone screen, then called in for a superday which consisted of 6-7 interviews, started technical but eased down by the end into a more high level phase. Overall, good experience and would recommend firm to aspiring analysts.
