Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial application form which asks you about your education, your motivation for the specific department and availability. You are then invited to a numerical reasoning test. If successful, you are then invited to a verbal reasoning test. Your application is then processed and you may be invited to a telephone interview. The telephone is largely motivational and competency based so expect questions about teamwork, innovation etc. The next round is an assessment centre which consists of further interviews, numerical tests and a group based presentation.
