Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Referred by a friend already in the division. Initial interview was over the phone with the hiring analyst. Next round was a group interview, again with the analyst, the group head, and the associate director of research. I had experience so my knowledge was assumed and the focus was mostly around fit and approach.
