Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process involved a writtern test to determine your analytical skills. Once you cleared the test,then they shortlisted candidates based on their resume. The final selections were made through on campus interviews where I had 3 rounds. The first 2 rounds were purely technical while the last round was a behavioral interview in which the impetus was on my fit for the firm. The technical rounds mainly consisted of brain teasers and simple puzzles.
