Please describe the interview / hiring process.
We met with alums roughly 5 times throughout the process for group networking events. Only two events were closed list. During the recruiting we made calls to alums and then interview offers were given out and then we were narrowed down after the first round to about 12 people. The alums were very candid about the process and about the company. Events were definitely some of the more laid back types of all of the banks even though some very senior MDs came to speak with us. Very good experience overall recruiting with them and they have a strong network from my school.
