Two stage process

First stage is a 2-on-1 interview. If you pretend to know a lot on the technical side they will grill you on it - I got DCF. No "tell me about a time" questions - they just want to make sure 1)you do want IB 2)you're not retarded 3)you know the basics. One question I felt was important was "Why DB"

Second stage is 3 interviews with MDs and a case study. MD interviews were quite polar but not rehearsed. Again no "tell me about a time questions". Case study was hard - they give you a 20 page book and half an hour to answer 4 or 5 questions. On the positive side - I almost failed to get the right numbers in place and still got an offer - conclusion: its about how you behave and how you react more than getting the number right.
