Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screen with Director in charge of the diversity group I belong to, after we spoke he scheduled me for a time to come in and speak with other people in the diversity group and on the trading desks. Very lively experience as my first time on a trading floor. The floor did seem a bit barren though, lots of empty seats. The people were also dressed a lot more business casual than a lot of the other BB I have been to.
