Initially I was called and a phone interview was arranged.
Phone interview was basic. Run through CV. Why Finance. Why Microsoft. Core competency questions. 20 mins.
1 to 1 interview was with the Financial controller. Lasted approx 45 mins. Initially the role was explained. Ran through CV. Talk about key strengths. Ask what my former employer would consider my weaknesses to be. More competency questions. Asked what my average day is like. Asked how I meet targets. What motivates me.
