Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through a resume drop at my school. My alumni screened me through a phone call and I was 3/60 chosen for superday from my school. Flew me in on a 6 AM flight (wouldn't pay for hotel), interview was at 12. I walk in and the 2 guys introduce themselves. They asked me "Why IB" and then straight to technicals for 35 minutes. I had to actively work in why I would fit well. Someone told them they were running over time and they left without letting me ask questions.
