Investment Banking Summer Analyst

OCR consisted of two 30 minute back-to-back interviews, I just submitted my resume through my school's OCR website. I had spoken with one analyst prior to the interview and learned a bit more about the Chicago office, which is essentially just Industrials. OCR was highly technical; I was asked primarily about LBO's in the first interview and then was asked some accounting in the second. (treasury stock method, walk through depreciation on the statements, etc.) Was asked about a recent deal I read about and spoke about the Haliburton-Baker Hughes one at length. Was informed later that week that I would be invited for a final round the next Friday. This interview was much more fit-based and pretty relaxing. Was extended an offer the evening of the final round.
