Initially applied via DB website, which was confirmed by an employee referral.
A week later, was contacted via email to arrange a HR screening interview. Consisted of standard HR personality based questions, very basic technicals and market analysis.
Contacted two days later for an in-house interview with the head of the Rates Synthetics Team. The interview was relatively straightforward, most questions looking at why I wanted to move companies. A few technicals on IR derivatives pricing.
