Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First received a call from HR. She asked some basic questions (tell me about yourself, Why DB, Why Jax, why did you choose your college and master's program). Then she set up a phone interview with someone who works for DB. That was about 20-25 minutes- very basic (same as HR- but asked why Markets position). The next day I was invited to the Superday. It was an hour and 20 minute time slot with 2 interviews- 1 technical and 1 behavioral. I heard back 6 days later that I didn't get the job.
