Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The DB Fellowship consists of an online application, which includes essays, and two rounds of interviews in a "super day" format. Full disclosure, I participated in the super day over the phone from an overseas location, but made it to the final round nonetheless. The application process is straight forward and the essay questions vary from year to year. The super day is a mix of high level technical questions (assuming you don't have a finance background pre MBA) and behavioral questions. The second and final round is predominantly fit questions with senior bankers.
