Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and then was sent information about going to New York for the first round. They flew me out to New York and if you pass the first round then they pay for accommodations and final round is the second day. interviews were either group or individual interviews. They would notify if you made it past the first round or got an offer by phone.
