Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview was with 2 employees in the same room, an analyst equity derivatives saleswoman and a vice president of equity trading. Namely fit, a couple current event questions.
Second rounds were 2 1-on-1 interviews, one managing director of FX trading and a director in equity trading. More technical here, asked about trade ideas.
