Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online by submitting my CV, Cover Letter and completing some motivational and commercial awareness questions.
I was then invited to complete an online numerical test (Kenexa, 20 minutes, 20 questions).
After a couple of weeks, I was invited to a round consisting of 3 1-on-1 interviews with people from the business. I was asked motivational, competency and commercial awareness questions as well as brainteasers.
