Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The phone interview for a Deutsche Bank spring internship was around 20 minutes long and consisted primarily of behavioral questions. It's a chance for the interviewer to gauge your motivation for investment banking and Deutsche Bank, and for you to demonstrate skills like leadership and teamwork through experiences you've had. I was asked about my cv briefly and why I want to work for the bank, and used the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure my answers.
