Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First there is an online assessment which is very standard (numerical, logical, situational judgement/personality). This is then followed by a job simulation, which requires video responses to a range of prompts specific to the division you are applying for, as well as some other activities e.g. a written exercise. Then, an in person assessment centre day which involved 3 interviews with team members of varying seniority. HR is very on top of things and although the structure of the day was a bit strange (50 minutes between interviews) it was relatively stress free. Offer received 2 days after AC which was great,
