Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Coming from a non-target I had to network my way into the interview. I was referred to HR through an MD in London. I then submitted my online application and was picked for a superday in NYC. The first day consisted of one, thirty minute, one-on-one interview. More than half were cut after the first day and the final round consisted of two, thirty minute, one-on-one interviews. The superday took place on a thursday and friday, and I received my offer on monday.
