Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met an MD who was doing recruiting at a firm tour that my university investment club went on. He was doing junior recruiting but I wanted to try to get in as a sophomore. Networked with an analyst who I met on the tour who put me in touch with an analyst in his group, who pretty much gave me an informal interview and loved me, and passed me on to the MD. The MD then interviewed me (this can be thought of as my first official interview w/ DB).
