Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online after attending info session and connecting with/emailing the analysts who hosted the session. First and final round interview took place. 3 separate 20 min interviews rotating between two junior associates at the same time, an experienced higher up associate, and a managing director. Was asked about DCFs, my background and interest, why IB, whether better to invest with debt or equity.
