Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first stage is the SJT. After a month, you may get an invitation for a first-round interview with an employee. This mainly consists of behavioral and fit questions. After 2 weeks you will get an assessment center invitation. In this round, there are 4 different sections consisting of group exercise, case study, behavioural and technical. Group exercise and case study is hard to prepare but make sure you speak eloquently and have structured answers so you can always pinpoint how you derive your answers. Each lasted for 30 minutes with a 10 minute break. Overall a very rigrous process but they give you 2 weeks to prepare for each interview so plan wisely.
