Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My first round was 30 minute phone call that had a good mix of technicals and fit questions. I recall being asked the basics, like what are the three main valuation methods, describe the cash flow statement and then he dug deeper with what levers would you manipulate in a DCF to produce a loward wacc. My final round was two 30 minute phone calls that was a lot more about my experiences and market knowledge. A question that kind of stumped me was what macro economic trends have you noticed in the market and how are they effecting things. Most of the questions were about my leadership experiences and follow ups like "how did you work with your team to solve problems?", "when did you have to make a difficult decision as a leader and why was it the the right or wrong decision"
