Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The communication started initially with an on campus info session where I began networking with individuals in the group. I followed up with emails and phone calls with individual members and continued to exchange e-mails with them until the initial first interview (I also had to apply through my on campus recruiting center). The first round was in person on campus with two people. Relatively technical and very fit based. The office is known for having an overly fratty culture and they definitely self select as such. The final round consisted of a night reception with beer and small samplers where you would chat with members of the team. The final round in office was a rotation between 6 people, including one MD, 2-3 VPs, and associates. Offer was given within hours of final round.
