Summer Analyst - Markets

After submitting an on-line application I was invited after a couple of days to do online reasoning tests in both numerical skills and verbal reasoning. After completing these it was around 2 weeks before I got an invite to first round interview. The first round consisted of another numerical test done in the morning which was very difficult and was basically finished by no-one within the time limit. After the test there was one interview with two people from the firm. Within about 6 hours of completing the first round interview I was invited to 2nd round which occurred a few days later. This consisted of 3 one on one interviews. One interview was mainly mathematical and financial knowledge based while the other two were more competency based. Most worthwhile preparation is to have a good idea of situations you would answer the competency questions with. Following on from these interviews I recieved a call within 2 hours to inform me I was being made an offer
