Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round and Superday are on the same day, which is pretty unique/interesting. You get a call one hour after the first round about whether or not you've been advanced to the Superday portion of the day. First round is purely technical, Superday portion is purely behavioral. Technical proficiency is required to get to the Superday stage.
