Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online after attending their corporate presentation on campus. After taking the numerical test (kenexa), I was invited to a first round interview in their London office. It was a 2 on 1 min that lasted for about 45 min. Mainly competency questions with some technical ones. After first round, there is a final round assessment centre in their London office, but I didn't progress to this stage.
